M & M Quality Solutions, Inc. is your on-site containment specialist.  When a potential quality issue arises either internal or supplied, M & M Quality Solutions, Inc. takes over to contain, screen and deliver.

On-Site Containment/Screening Services 

As soon as you contract with M & M Quality Solutions as a third party quality control service, we go into action. 

bullet We inspect suspect material according to clearly designated criteria and procedures.
bullet We separate and mark each inspected part as conforming or non-conforming.
bullet We quarantine rejected or defective parts.
bullet We deliver a site report to the quality, production, and materials handling personnel.

We keep you informed as the work is done. Inspection reports are sent to the contracting supplier after each sort, or each day's activity. These reports contain all the important information you need:

bullet the results of work done,
bullet the quantity of suspect parts on hand
bullet the quantity of suspect parts in transit that will need to be sorted or reworked before parts from the supplier designated clean-point arrive.
